Scott D. Rabin
Scott’s commercial real estate career spans more than 35 years. After graduating from Emory University and a Finance & Marketing degree from the business school, Scott learned the nuts and bolts of real estate as a financial analyst evaluating real estate investments for a large Fortune 500 company. He quickly realized that he enjoyed the people side of the business and transitioned into brokerage. From there, Scott applied his technical knowledge to become a skilled real estate advisor. Having spent part of his career working in-house for local and national developers, Scott’s experience in all facets of real estate has enabled him to provide tremendous value to his clients. When he’s not closing deals, Scott stays very active and enjoys golf, skiing, hiking, music and sits on the board of the Children’s Inn at NIH Annual Fund Raiser (Rock ‘N Roll for Children) as well as the Lakewood Country Club board of directors.
C. Todd McManus
Todd McManus has nearly Twenty years of commercial real estate experience. Todd represents many institutional and private sector landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers of commercial property throughout the Washington, D.C., with a specialty in data center operations. Prior to joining EDGE in the summer of 2015 Todd worked at Avison Young as a result of the July 2010 acquisition of Appian Realty Advisors. Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Gettysburg College. He lives in McLean with his wife Kathryn and two (2) daughters. He would rather be coaching his daughters lacrosse teams, but real estate is a close second!
Kay Chewning has over 20 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate. During the early part of her career, Kay worked as an Owner’s representative for some of the largest landlords in the Washington DC Metropolitan area, including Tishman Speyer, Blake Real Estate, and Vornado Charles E. Smith. Kay was part of the lease-up team that was responsible for repositioning and leasing 11M SF (26 office buildings) in Crystal City (now called “National Landing”) in the aftermath of the BRAC realignment initiative. Kay eventually transitioned into third-party brokerage and has since been representing both Owners and Occupiers with respect to all of their Commercial Real Estate requirements, including leasing and sales of commercial space.
