Dan began his commercial real estate career with CBRE in 2005. Over the course of his 10 year career in the real estate industry, he has completed more than 275 transactions with an aggregate footprint exceeding 2.5 million square feet. With a focus on tenant representation in Northern Virginia and Suburban Maryland, Dan has represented some of the most high profile and fastest growing companies throughout the Region. Dan joined EDGE in June of 2014 as a tenant representation specialist.
By taking a pro-active and consultative approach to each requirement, Dan helps his clients navigate the complex corporate real estate process to minimize operational disruption, mitigate

risk and create value for each organization he partners with. By combining a systematic approach, extensive market
knowledge, and attention to detail, Dan has helped numerous clients to leverage the currently soft market conditions to reduce their overall facility costs.

A 4th generation Washingtonian, Dan competed as a professional golfer prior to joining the real estate industry, twice contending in PGA Tour Qualifying School in 2003 and 2004. His love of the game of golf has transferred into an avenue for community involvement as a long-time supporter and advocate for The First Tee, an organization which helps young people of all backgrounds develop life-enhancing values through the game of golf.
