Edge, a full-service commercial real estate firm with offices in Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania, is handling the expansion program with Craig Kates, Director, Tenant Advisory Services overseeing the assignment. Kates has been involved with site selection and lease negotiation activities for existing locations at Germantown, Mt. Airy and Annapolis. Rehab 2 Perform, which also operates a location in Frederick, anticipates opening its Annapolis office by Labor Day.
