Stein Sperling sought to consolidate all five of its leased locations in Downtown Rockville. This comprehensive analysis included multiple roundtable meetings with all of the partners to prioritize and weight rank the firm’s requirements. Initially, in addition to leasing options, Edge was tasked with identifying purchase alternatives. The focus eventually shifted to exclusively leasing options. Once these options were narrowed down, an RFP was issued. Ultimately, the firm decided to relocate to one of the most well-known buildings (with prominent signage) in Montgomery County.
