Through organic revenue and employment growth, Quadrant had reached full capacity at its headquarters location at 1881 Campus Commons Drive in Reston. Committed to a long-term lease through 2019, the firm needed expansion space and was also seeking to upgrade its space to more accurately reflect the company’s culture and allow for greater collaboration among its employees. With proximity to Wiehle Metro, available space was limited at the Reston location but the Edge team stayed abreast of the market and structured a favorable transaction with the landlord to secure a long-term lease for the last remaining block of space through 2027.
