CLARABRIDGE
This project consisted of leveraging the Dulles market for the benefit of our client, Clarabridge, a growing technology company with an existing lease liability. We were able to obtain very strong lease concessions including a below-market rental rate, 12 months of free rent, a staggered rent schedule, and swing space — all before rental rate increases — with Metro abutting the property. Additionally, we obtained funds to be applied toward more free rent, furniture and building signage.
