Edge was hired to complete a comprehensive market evaluation for Altamira’s corporate office located in Tysons Corner. Given the company’s significant growth, we were tasked with proposing a number of scenarios depending on specific potential events in Altamira’s near- and long-term future. Ultimately, Edge was successful in negotiating a lease extension and consolidation providing significant reductions in rent while maintaining the necessary flexibility in term.
