By combining extensive market knowledge, attention to detail, and a thorough lease audit system Dan has helped numerous clients to leverage current market conditions to reduce their overall facility costs, sometimes well in advance of a scheduled lease expiration.
A 4th generation Washingtonian, Dan competed as a professional golfer prior to joining the real estate industry, twice competing in PGA Tour Qualifying School in 2003 and 2004.
