Christy McFerren

Christy A. McFerren has 30 years of information technology and business administration experience working in private industry and for the federal government. In addition to her expertise in HR management, other specializations include database application, web site design and development, and technical project management. Her strengths include interpersonal and corporate communication, marketing, and general human resource management.

Prior to joining Edge Commercial Real Estate, Mrs. McFerren held various administrative, technical, and leadership positions at General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Tecumseh Professional Associates, Fairfax County Public Schools, and Stantec.

Mrs. McFerren holds a variety of certifications including SharePoint, Human Resources, and Executive Leadership. Mrs. McFerren studied Information Systems at Northern Virginia Community College, earned a HR certification from George Mason University, and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
