Edge, a full-service commercial real estate firm with offices in Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania, has announced the hiring of Kristin Rebeck as Vice President, Advisory Services. Formerly Vice President at The Tenant Agency, Ms. Rebeck brings more than 12 years of diversified commercial real estate experience, with a focus on sales and leasing, to the company.
In her new role, Ms. Rebeck will interact with landlords, investment groups and institutional owners of commercial real estate to provide guidance and timely solutions to their real estate requirements. She will also work with private companies and organizations interested in relocating to or expanding their real estate presence within the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan region. Ms. Rebeck specializes in the commercial office, office/flex and industrial/warehouse product categories.
