Kenneth Fellows, Partner at Edge Commercial represented the landlord, Fernau LeBlanc Investment Partners and Mike Gillman of CBRE represented the tenant in this lease transaction.
The leases, consisting of 21,372 square feet of space and 52,874 square feet of space, represents an expansion for the tenant and elevates occupancy of the building to 100%. APISOURCE Lanham provides branded merchandise to corporations and individuals including apparel, active wear and promotional products, with a full-service screen-printing operation located on-site.
10001 Aerospace Road is equipped with four loading docks and is surrounded by a free surface parking lot. The building is situated adjacent to MD Route 193 (Greenbelt Road), MD Route 295 (Baltimore-Washington Parkway) and is approximately 20 miles from both Baltimore-Washington International Airport and Reagan International Airport.
