Kenneth Fellows and Robert Pugh, both Partners, Advisory Services for Edge, represented the buyer, NBGA Holdings, LLC and Jay Clogg of Jay Clogg Realty Group, Inc. represented the seller, Finmarc Management, Inc. in this sales transaction.
655 Horners Lane is a single-story, 33,000 square foot industrial building equipped with 18-20 foot clear ceiling heights, four loading docks and three drive-in loading doors and approximately 5,000 square feet of second floor space suitable for light assembly or office use. The new owner will occupy the entire building, which will house the complete operations of Quality Air Services, a full-service heating, ventilating and air-conditioning contractor servicing both businesses and residences throughout the suburban Maryland and Washington, D.C. region.
