Fortis Data Solutions signs lease at 30,000 square foot flex/office building
Edge, a full-service commercial real estate firm with offices in Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania, has completed the leasing of 4206 Technology Court in Chantilly, Virginia with the execution of a 13,994 square foot lease with Fortis Data Solutions. Edge handles both leasing and engineering services for the 30,000 square foot flex/office building owned by Fortified Property Group. Scott D. 4206 Technology Court is situated less than five minutes from Dulles Washington International Airport and is within close proximity to US Route 50, VA Route 28 (SullyRoad) and Interstate 66.
