Kelly Lawrence is a Senior Advisor for EDGE’s Capital Markets Group, an investment sales platform specializing in the disposition of industrial, flex, neighborhood retail, and suburban office in the Washington-Baltimore Metropolitan Region.

Kelly has over five years of investment sales experience and has been involved in over 40 sales transactions in excess of $350 million. Prior to joining EDGE, Kelly served as a senior associate in the Investment Sales Group at Metropolis Capital Advisors, a capital markets advisory firm specializing in structured finance and sales transaction services. Prior to joining MetCap, Kelly worked at Transwestern, one of the largest privately held commercial real estate firms in the United States. During her tenure at Transwestern, Kelly was an integral member for both the Mid-Atlantic commercial and multifamily investment sales teams where she was responsible for implementation of strategic marketing, financial analysis, market research, and managing transactions/the due diligence process.

Kelly is a graduate of the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business, where she received dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Marketing. Kelly is an active member of NAIOP Real Estate Emerging Leaders (REEL) and CREW DC and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
