Charles N. Schilke, General Counsel

Chuck brings to EDGE 20 years of diverse real estate and life sciences experience in Leasing, Acquisitions, Dispositions, Debt and Equity, Securitization, Mergers, Environmental, Construction and Development. Formerly with Exxon Mobil and the American Red Cross, Chuck completed his undergraduate degree in Economics at the University of Chicago, Masters in International Relations at Harvard, and Law Degree at Cornell. Chuck currently is Associate Dean, Master of Professional Studies in the Real Estate Program at Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies. Chuck also speaks fluent Russian, Spanish, and some German.
