Non-Transactional Consulting

While often our compensation is derived directly from the value of a given transaction, some of our clients prefer to consult with us on a Non-Transactional basis. In cases where a specific transaction is not likely to occur, our clients may choose to compensate us with an agreed upon monthly fee.
