Robert Pugh, Principal
During his career Robert has successfully leased over three million square feet of office space. Robert's range of expertise in commercial real estate includes landlord and tenant representation, build-to-suits, investment sales, acquisitions, condo conversions, 1031 fulfillment, syndication, sale/leasebacks, synthetic leases, and office, flex, retail, and industrial leasing. It is this expertise that has helped propel Fellows Commercial Realty Advisors' (FCRA) success.
Prior to forming FCRA Robert was Vice President at Scheer Partners, Inc., where he earned several "top producer" awards. In 2000, Robert helped open the Prince George's County office of Scheer Partners in Greenbelt, Maryland. The office consistently performed beyond expectations in terms of growth and revenue, and was awarded "Small Business of the Year" by the Prince George's Chamber of Commerce in 2003.
