The MVLE project consisted of an evaluation in a specific market area in close proximity to their existing corporate office. The end result was an addition of a second facility as expansion and is in walking distance to corporate. The county’s multi-transportation access via bus and metro was important to MVLE for both their clients as well as employee retention. MVLE has expanded its operation by more than 60% over the past 2 years. EDGE provided design and construction services along with FORM’s assistance on the architectural side to help achieve maximum usage on their tenant improvements. The project team kept a very tight budget given cost sensitivity from their board as well as a very solid time table.
