EDGE Commercial is hired by HRPT to lease Potomac Crossing

EDGE Commercial announced today that they have been hired by HRPT Properties Trust as exclusive leasing and marketing advisor for Potomac Crossing, located at 6710 Oxon Hill Road in Oxon Hill, Maryland. This prominent, five story, 122,000sf office building is located across from National Harbor just off the Capital Beltway. This brings EDGE’S leasing and management portfolio to over 5.5 million square feet.
