EDGE hired to lease Metro East Office Park, 9 buildings, 600,000sf
November 30, 2007 - EDGE Commercial announced today that they have been hired by Advance Realty Group as exclusive leasing agent for Metro East Business Park in Landover, Maryland. This brings EDGE’S leasing portfolio to over 3 million square feet.
Advance’s holdings in Metro East Business Park consists of nine Class A office buildings totaling 578,000 square feet located at the intersection of the Capital Beltway and Route 50 in Landover, Maryland. The location is within walking distance of the New Carrolton Metro, Amtrak and Marc rail stations.
