EDGE Commercial Hires Jeffory Groves to expand their Landlord and Tenant Advisory Practice in Maryland

EDGE Commercial announced today that Jeffory Groves has joined EDGE Commercial’s Landlord and Tenant Advisory Practice for Maryland. Mr. Groves comes to EDGE with seven years of Landlord and Tenant Representation experience. In spite of the economic downturn; in the last 12 months, EDGE has doubled the size of its lease portfolio to 5 million SF, quadrupled the size of its Property Management portfolio to 2.2 million SF, and tripled the size of the organization to 22 professionals.
