Mr. Taylor has over 25 years of Governmental commercial real estate experience. During this period Tim has leased over 4.4 million square feet of commercial space to Federal, State and local governments and is noted as one of the regions foremost governmental real estate experts. Tim advises his clients with significant expertise in all phases of the government real estate process, including market assessment, building analysis, acquisition and renewal of leases, coordination of space planning and tenant alterations, dispute resolution, lease administration, LEED certification requirements, real estate tax adjustments, and operating expense escalations.
Prior to commercial real estate, Tim also worked for twelve years with the Federal Government in the General Accounting Office and two years with the House Appropriations Committee. After leaving the Federal Government, Tim joined a consulting firm specializing in the design and implementation of appropriation based accounting systems for Federal agencies.
