EDGE Helps Local Moving and Storage Company Relocate to New Warehouse Space in Frederick

EDGE Commercial Real Estate announces today a new 15,237-square-foot lease for client Victory Van Corporation at 6900 English Muffin Way in Frederick. One of the region’s oldest moving and storage companies will relocate its existing warehouse space from Clarksburg to the new Class A facility in Frederick. This new location provides convenient access to I-270, I-70, U.S. 40 and U.S. 85.

“Victory Van Corporation already has strategic locations to accommodate the moving, storage and logistics needs of its customers,” says Joshua Katz, Vice President, Industrial Services at EDGE. “As Frederick County continues to grow and prosper, it only made sense for Victory to have a location with better access to this area while still being able to provide excellent service for its Montgomery and Prince George’s County clients. We were thrilled to be able to find them the right space in line with their business strategies.”

“We have been working with Josh and EDGE for a while, and knew he would do everything in his power to make sure the new space fit with our corporate needs,” says Chris Patton, President and CEO of Victory Van.

Benjamin Meisels and John Dettleff of JLL represented the landlord in the transaction.
