EDGE Commercial Real Estate and Minkoff Development Corporation Negotiate 10,350 Square Foot Lease at 5300 Sunnyside Avenue in Beltsville

EDGE Commercial Real Estate and the Minkoff Development Corporation announced today the completion of a 10,350 square foot lease at 5300 Sunnyside Avenue in Beltsville. The new tenant Rexel USA, a global distributor of electrical supplies and services, will relocate to the new office from its current location at 10417 Baltimore Avenue in Beltsville.
