EDGE Awarded Office Leasing Assignment for The Village at Shirlington

Tysons Corner, Va. – EDGE Commercial Real Estate has been named the exclusive office leasing agent for Federal Realty at The Village at Shirlington at 2700 S. Quincy Street in Arlington. EDGE will oversee the leasing of the 65,000 square feet of office space within the 261,000 square foot Federal Realty Investment Trust (NYSE:FRT) property. Notably, EDGE leases and manages another large office building at 656 Quince Orchard Rd. in Gaithersburg, Maryland, and over the last 18 months, Federal Realty and EDGE have successfully increased the occupancy from 43% to nearly 100%.  In addition, EDGE handles the office space leasing for Federal Realty at Graham Park in Falls Church VA and Mount Vernon Plaza in Alexandria VA.

Situated just off I-395 at the intersection of Campbell Avenue and S.
