EDGE was formed in 2007 through a merger of Sutton and Associates, Inc., a ten year old commercial real estate company owned and operated by Joe Sutton, Fellows Commercial Realty Advisors owned by Ken Fellows and Rob Pugh, and Scott Mendelson and Marc Balamaci who were previously at Scheer Partners.
